Up to $15,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months. Position Summary: The Assistant Nurse Manager is a registered nurse who, using critical thinking skills, coordinates the clinical activities within the Department and collaborates with other members of the health care team. She/he directly and indirectly supervises the care rendered by all department staff members. She/he assumes house supervision duties as assigned. - Maintains Clinical Expertise - Organizes Patient Care Activities - Assists with Staff Development EDUCATION: - BSN preferred EXPERIENCE: - 2-3 years RN experience in clinical area preferred.
