Team Introduction: Our team is responsible for designing and optimizing the Client Incentive Platform, ensuring systematic policy formulation, execution, and performance tracking. We cover enterprise customers across the entire platform, handling short-term and long-term incentives in various business scenarios, while ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all issued rebates and rewards. Project Intern: As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
