This role is crucial in ensuring our students receive the behavioral support they need to thrive academically and personally. Work schedule is 6 hours per day during the school year - hours are 7:45 a.m. - 2:15 p.m. or 8:45 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. depending on school site. Start date: August 11, 2026: Position Summary: The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will provide direct behavioral intervention to students under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role involves working closely with students, educators, and families to implement individualized behavior plans, track progress, and adjust interventions as necessary.
