Classification Title: STU-AST - CLERICAL & ADMIN Job Description: The Student Assistant provides data entry and administrative support for the UF Area Health Education Centers (AHEC) Program’s statewide tobacco cessation referral program. The position is responsible for entering client referral information into the Tobacco Free Florida AHEC Cessation Tracking (TFFACT) system to support participant outreach and class enrollment. Duties include accurate data entry, routine quality‑control review of referral information, and maintenance of confidential records. The position requires strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to follow established procedures. This position will be located at the University of Florida East Campus (2046 NE Waldo Rd, Gainesville, FL 32609). There is ample parking and a bus route that drops off at East Campus' entrance.
