SRU Training Specialist

Job description

The Training Specialist will work closely with the Head of Training to develop and deliver training content required for the review and approval of the 9/10 transaction reports submitted by or on behalf of Field Partners. They will be responsible for creating a dynamic atmosphere that helps new and existing employees learn so they are confident in their knowledge of platforms, policies and procedures, and department provided resources upon mastery of the material needed to successfully perform the job. The Training Specialist will escalate any issues to the Head of Training when appropriate and will collaborate with other partners on related transaction report reviews and approvals. Responsibilities Include: Conduct new hire and existing hire training classes Possess unique knowledge and experience with ALL platforms and systems used by the departments Become a SME on any changes to the technology platform impacting the departments processes and procedures Collaborate and provide feedback on department resource manuals, materials and newsletters Work closely with Management to provide consistent messaging of policy and procedural updates across sites and teams Perform a needs analy...
