Position Summary: The Construction Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing new store builds and remodel projects across the retail portfolio. This role oversees project budgets and schedules, manages construction documentation, secures permits, leads contractor bidding and negotiations, and ensures successful project delivery from initiation through closeout. This position requires residency in New York, New Jersey or Pennsylvania.
