Job Title: SOC Training Specialist Location: Wilton, CT Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00AM–3:00PM Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour Required Qualifications: - Previous SOC (Security Operations Center) experience - Strong communication and coaching skills - Ability to follow and teach standard operating procedures - Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working a fixed weekday schedule 7:00AM–3:00PM Key Responsibilities: - Deliver training for SOC officers on daily operations, incident response, and reporting - Train staff on SOC systems, tools, and communication protocols - Support onboarding of new SOC personnel - Conduct refresher training and skills checks as needed - Maintain training records and provide feedback to leadership on training needs About the Role: We are looking for a SOC Trainer to support our Security Operations Center (SOC) team in Wilton.
