This position is located at our Oregon State Penitentiary in Salem, Oregon. About the Job – Your Role The Physical Plant Manager is responsible for coordinating, instructing, and directing unskilled and semi-skilled Adults in Custody (AICs) in the maintenance and repair of the physical plant and equipment necessary for the operation of a correctional institution. This position supervises a diverse team, including 22 employees and 20–50 AICs engaged in maintenance, repairs, minor construction, and the operation of buildings, utilities, vehicles, equipment, secur...
