About the role: We are looking for team members who have a great deal of passion in supporting people with a variety of different needs. The individuals we support have a combination of learning disabilities, autism, mental health, and/or physical disabilities, including complex health needs. We are therefore looking for team members with proven existing experience supporting individuals in one or many of these areas, who are able to adapt their support to ensure person centred care that ensures people live not only the lives they want, but the life they deserve.
