Job description

As a Quality Assurance Senior Manager – Data Center at Black Box, you will be the on-site champion of quality excellence for one of the most ambitious hyperscale data center programs in the country. You’ll lead the implementation, training, and continuous improvement of the Black Box Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring every phase of construction meets the highest standards of safety, compliance, and performance. This is a high-impact role for a quality leader who thrives in fast-paced, mission-critical environments and wants to shape the quality culture of a rapidly expanding data center program. What You Will Do: Quality Leadership & Oversight: Serve as the site’s primary authority for executing all quality program elements across the full project lifecycle. Monitor and audit field operations to ensure alignment with industry codes, customer requirements, and internal QMS standards. Lead corrective action processes, issue and close nonconformance reports, and verify remediation through follow-up audits.
