About the role Location: Turkey - Istanbul: Hours: Full-Time: Type of Contract: 1 year contract Make Customer Service Real. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team in our Istanbul office. They are around 10 colleagues who collaborate to make customer satisfaction and excellent service levels real. Alongside our Sales Managers, you will be the primary link to our customers, forming strong relationships with them. You will also be in close contact with logistics service providers, various Borealis business units and supply chain functions. In this interface function, you ensure sales fulfilment and the coordination of various processes between all stakeholders and customers. In more detail, you will: - Act as the day-to-day interface for customers to address their supply and service needs - Manage order and delivery creation, transport booking with our forwarders, invoicing, and export and import activities. - Follow up on payments to ensure timely completion - Provide timely and accurate response to customer requests - Serve as the first point of contact for issues, defects and complaints - Capture customer insights and stay c...
