Technical Writer (Marketing Coordinator)

Job description

The Technical Writer is responsible for developing clear, concise, and compelling marketing materials to support the company’s business pursuits . This role involves creating high-quality proposals, technical reports, marketing materials, and client-facing documents. The Technical Writer will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), engineers, project managers, and business development teams to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with industry standards and client expectations. What you will do: Marketing & Business Development Support Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, website content, whitepapers and thought leadership articles. Support executive leadership with written materials for industry conferences, public speaking engagements, and client meetings. Collaborate with graphic designers and marketing teams to enhance visual appeal and engagement of written materials. Proposal & Bid Development: Write, edit, and format technical content for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and Requests for Information (RFIs).
