We are seeking a JV Portfolio Accountant to join our corporate office located in Jacksonville, FL. This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely after the training period. This individual is responsible for the preparation of financial information for the overall appraisal and secured debt management process for Regency’s co-investment partnership program, including periodic reporting to our joint venture partners, lenders, and internal management team. What You’ll Be Doing: - Prepare quarterly and annual debt compliance packages as required by our lenders, including various debt calculations. - Assist with pulling data and answering questions received from lenders, third parties, and internal teams. - Assist with preparation of appraisals as required by various partnership agreements on a quarterly and annual basis, including initial preparation, inputs, assumptions and review. - Prepare monthly and quarterly partner distributions in accordance with the various JV agreements including cash flow...
