(Senior) Analyst, FP&A Nilfisk is entering an exciting new chapter with the potential upcoming change of ownership. This creates a rare opportunity to support reshaping the future of our performance management framework, and financial governance structure across a global organisation. As part of Group FP&A, you will play a central role during this ownership transition, where the work will be pivotal in support making structural decisions, developing performance management framework, and sharpening the forward‑looking insights that guides the new ownership. Despite the upcoming changes, the core of our FP&A operating model remains unchanged: developing a well-established global planning cycle and maturing our performance framework. What you will do: The scope of your role will constitute a natural mix of recurring core FP&A activities and driving current strategic and financial topics, as our team seeks to support our leadership team in delivering on our strategy and goals.
