Description Position Title: RF Testing Subject Matter Expert (RF SME) Department: Test: Location: Santa Ana, CA: FLSA Status: Exempt, Full-Time: Job Summary: The RF SME will be responsible for aiding in the testing of Regals contracted RF programs including cables, CCAs, and modules. The SME is expected to be on-site expert and support for all matters relating to testing, test development, troubleshooting, documenting, and manufacturing of RF related products. Key Responsibilities: · Provide technical expertise and support for RF-related projects · Develop and maintain RF test stations based on contractual deliveries · Responsible for testing new RF designs and creating media related to training for technician level employees related to these projects · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of RF projects into the normal manufacturing flows · Strong troubleshooting to component level to resolve technical issues related to RF designs · Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in RF technology · Willing to teach RF best practices and skills where applicable and work as a mentor within the test and engineering teams Qu...
