Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Analyst

The Gig: Virgin Voyages is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Sr. Analyst to keep our daily email engine humming. You’ll manage the end-to-end workflow for emails - owning intake, asset readiness, copy/version control, QA, scheduling, and post-send checks. You have hands-on experience building emails within an email service provider and are comfortable working with developers to turn a brief into a polished, on-brand send. This role sits within the Lifecycle Marketing team and partners closely with Brand/Studio, Integrated Marketing, Trade Marketing, Analytics, and Operations. You’ll help us evolve from an email calendar to an AI-powered Sailor Communications Hub, where the right message goes to the right Sailor at the right time. This gig is based at VVHQ - our swanky Virgin Voyages Head Office in Plantation, FL where we follow a hybrid work environment. We can't wait to 'sea' you in person during our Collaboration Days, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, while you enjoy Mondays and Fridays' as remote days.
