Description Pay Rate: $22.66/hour: The Activities and Recreation Center’s Intramural Staff are a key to the success of the Intramural Activities Program. The Student Lead is an elevated position that will be expected to effectively enforce program policies, assist in creating and following structured programming schedules, and accurately complete programmatic paperwork. Student Leads are responsible for maintaining a high level of communication, and professionalism to ensure that all program rules and policies are follow ed ac cordingly. Additionally, Student Leads will provide game day support and oversight for the officials. This could include officiating as neede d, conflict management, and risk management . Administrative tasks both befor e, during, and after events are the responsibility of the Student Lead. The Student Lead is the highest level of leadership on the Intramural Activities team . Being an Intramural Student Staff member is a time commitment of a full academic year with an average of 8-15 hours per week.
