It’s a commercially focused position where you’ll partner with the sales team to unlock growth, elevate customer experience, and turn data into action. What You’ll Do: Support the sales team with insights, reporting, and customer strategy Analyse performance (DIFOT and KPIs) to improve customer outcomes Assist with account activities including rate reviews, renewals, tenders, and proposals Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution Identify trends and opportunities to support growth and retention Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting Partner with internal teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience About You: You are proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially aware, with a strong focus on delivering results.
