This role is responsible for ensuring each trade business operates at a high level—delivering speed, quality, and cost efficiency at scale. Requirements: KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: 1. Leadership of Trade Operations 2. Accountability & Performance Management 3. Operational Excellence & Consistency 4. Cost, Pricing & Financial Oversight 5. Scheduling & Production Alignment 6.
