Market Operations Overnight Lead

Job description

The Overnight Lead will be responsible for day to day management of Equities Trading Services desk during overnight trading hours (8pm-4am EST). This will include overseeing the work of 2 more junior analysts as they support the Nasdaq Stock Market during overnight hours. Support tasks will include trading and technical support, oversight of market access limits, and managing larger issues and incidents that arise during the overnight session. This is a remote, WFH position that can be based anywhere in the United States but you must be able to work from 8pm-4am EST. - Functional management of Trading Services desk in the overnight hours including all of the below tasks. - Research and respond to all trading and technical inquiries from both internal and external customers using various support tools. - Provide assistance/training to customers in all facets of Nasdaq’s Equities business including the use of all exchange services and ancillary products. - Troubleshoot all client connectivity issues including firewall changes, access list modifications, and session configurations. - Support for the Nasdaq/FINRA Trade Reporting Facility (ACT). - Provide client assistance on specific f...
