The opportunity The Electrical Plant Design team is part of Engineering within HVDC, carrying the electrical design responsibility for greenfield HVDC projects on a global scale. The organization consists of approximately 130 employees across six countries. The team is responsible for engineering the Auxiliary Power System and station cabling for HVDC converter stations. From drawings and detailed design to installation support and final documentation, we bring electrical systems to life driving the green energy transition in close collaboration with Plant Civil Engineering, Plant Mechanical Engineering, and Project Management. We are now looking for a Local Manager to lead one of our Electrical Plant Design engineering team in Sweden. In this role, you will provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring that engineering delivery meets business and contractual requirements in terms of scope, quality, cost, and ontime execution.
