Vestas Technology & Operations > Research & Development (R&D) > Documentation Program Management The Program Management department ensures control, transparency, and accountability over the delivery of documentation and simulations that supports the deployment of wind turbines; manages cross-organizational dependencies; and enhances project management capabilities, tools, and execution standards through close collaboration with Documentation Departments, Product Platforms, Sales, Design Modules and Value Chain.
