JLL is seeking a Multi-Skilled Shift Technician for workplace management operations at a prestigious investment company's London HQ in the City - Provides critical technical support across building systems and facilities - Ensures seamless operations and exceptional workplace experience for occupiers Key Responsibilities: Technical Maintenance & Operations: - Perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and fabric maintenance - Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment to identify potential issues - Respond promptly to building management system alarms and alerts - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently - Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems Building Services Management: - Monitor and optimize performance of critical building systems (lighting, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, power distribution) - Conduct regular checks of plant rooms, riser cupboards, and mechanical equipment - Support energy management initiatives by monitoring consumption and identifying efficiency improvements - Coordinate with specialist...
