Summary: Performs general maintenance. May have expertise in a trade. Preferred plumbing experience. Essential Duties: - Completing preventive maintenance. - Keeping all equipment in working order. - Responsible for repair or alteration of existing structures. - Responsible for completing all repair work. - Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Education and/or Experience (include certs or licenses needed): - One (1) year previous maintenance experience. - Ability to repair machinery. - Previous plumbing, electrical and carpentry experience.
