Job Summary: The IS Application Analyst is a subject matter specialist that works and builds independently to accomplish routine to moderately complex assignments. The Application Analyst's work involves the design, documentation, development, modification, testing, installation, implementation, and support of new or existing application software. This role is highly focused on efficiency and works collaboratively to maximize workflows and improve the end-user experience while maintaining image, data, and systems integrity. In addition, the role provides technical support to assist customers in troubleshooting problems or concerns they encounter while using application(s) in their daily work. Application Analysts diagnose hardware, software, printing, and network connectivity issues. Programming also focuses on patient safety and quality improvement initiatives. Every task involves some level of HIPAA and Regulatory compliance assurance. All roles are expected to provide rotational on-call 24x7 support.
