Role Impact: Committed to providing service and maintenance of the electrical and mechanical equipment used in the daily operation of the physical plant and Centre. The successful candidate must be available to work afternoons, evenings and weekends, including holidays. What you will deliver: - Perform troubleshooting and repairs required for the maintenance and upkeep of equipment in order to maintain corporate image and provide tenants and customers with a safe and healthy environment - Secure CF property against loss due to theft, fire, liability claims and prosecutions resulting from operations by ensuring all health, safety and security procedures are adhered to and areas of concern are reported to the appropriate parties in a timely manner in order to limit exposure to liability and loss - Monitor central plant and related systems to ensure a comfortable environment for tenants and patrons - Test fire equipment on a monthly basis by checking valves and bells for proper operations ensuring tenant and customer safety - Perform daily inspections of all common and maintenance areas and responsible for relamping in all areas of the property to ensure proper lighting levels - Respo...
