Job Title VPM Coordinator Job Requisition 1659.2375.3 15302 Job Location 15377 Memorial Drive, Suite 1400, Houston, TX 77079 Job Duties Procure critical third-party equipment and materials on time and to specification for major energy projects. Review and analyze schedule information from assigned suppliers and provide relevant feedback to VPM (Vendor Performance Management) Project Manager, and other key stakeholders. Utilize resources within VPM team to manage supplier procurement offers. Ensure procured equipment, materials and services are delivered to schedule, within budget, to specification (including industry codes and quality standards) and meet agreed contractual terms. Evaluate technical aspects of supplier products to ensure compliance with industry and internal standards. Monitor Purchase Order execution in accordance with internal policies and procedures. Update order status in relevant tracking tools, including Joint Venture Projects. Maintain accurate accessible records of all equipment, materials and services sourced including details on delivery, quality and vendor performance.
