Technical Training Specialist II

Job description

This position is a part of the Training & Enablement organization and is responsible for providing technical product training on Resideo home solution products found in our HVAC, Security & Awareness businesses. Additionally, the Technical Training Specialist II will develop customized training programs to align with the specific criteria of HVAC, Water/plumbing, building science, customer, and market needs based on new product introductions. JOB DUTIES: Provide technical product and procedural training, both in person and virtually, to Resideo customers, channel partners , and internal technical support teams, supporting new-hire onboarding, new product introductions, conversions, wallet-share growth, and maintenance of existing business. Effectively manage relationships with Resideo Sales, Contractors, Distributors, and other Channel Partners. Act as a focal point for real-time Technical Support feedback on product performance for Resideo products spanning the gap between customer, technical support, quality, and engineering as needed.
