Job Description: As an ServiceNow ATF Automation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing IT processes and enhancing efficiency through automation within the ServiceNow ecosystem and potentially, other technologies. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement automated solutions that streamline IT processes within the Global Technology and Operations organization. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams inside GTO and the Global Digital Platform team including Platform Administrators, Database Administrators, System Administrators, and DevOps professionals, to drive continuous delivery and improve production deployment processes. Key responsibilities: Automation Solution Development: - Work closely with stakeholders to identify target use cases for automation. - Define and document business and functional requirements for software development related to automation. - Troubleshoot and develop automated solutions for multiple ServiceNow applications, including both production and sub-production environments.
