Essential Functions/Job Responsibilities: - Supports MFG engineers, - develops and maintains manufacturing methods and processes, - Performs root cause analysis and develops and implements robust solutions in accordance with the business priorities of Safety, Quality, Delivery (timeliness) and Continuous Improvement. - Creates and maintains work routings and work instruction. - Reviews and analyzes inspection and manufacturing data including, test and inspection data, manufacturing process data and inspection correlations. - Participate in Sonnax Daily Management System and problem solving with continuous improvement projects to achieve business objectives.
