Responsibilities: What You'll Do: - Review project documents – Read contract drawings and specifications to understand project requirements before starting work - Build concrete formwork – Construct and install forms that will shape poured concrete structures - Erect scaffolding systems – Set up scaffolding for building access, including ladders, handrails, walkways, platforms, and gangways - Install concrete chutes – Position and secure chutes for controlled concrete pouring - Construct temporary shelters – Build weather protection and temporary structures as needed on site - Direct equipment operators – Use hand signals to guide operators for precise material placement and alignment - Support the project team – Attend site meetings, share updates, and take on additional construction tasks as assigned by your Foreman or Superintendent - Work safely – Follow all company safety...
