Position Summary The Manager Talent Programs, Early Careers, EMEA reports into the Director Talent Programs EMEA and coordinates the management of Early Career Development programs across the region. The role provides oversight of the Talent Programs in scope, partnering with market and property leadership to ensure program success and completion of mandatory elements. The position also tracks program effectiveness and return on investment, manages communication with educational partners and vendors, and collaborates across regional HR teams and Talent Acquisition to drive program delivery and impact.
