What we're building now is the human expertise that makes it irreplaceable. The Director of Data Operations will own that build — designing the team, the processes, and the operational logic that turns proprietary AI into an institutional-grade data product. This is a rare kind of role: one where your domain knowledge doesn't compete with automation, it defines it.
