JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for managing the full lifecycle of business solutions, from planning and design to implementation and ongoing support, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with SmartBorder business goals and organizational objectives. Lead a team of Technology leaders, Product Owners/Managers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, UX Designers, Software Engineers (front-end, middleware, backend, UI, BI), Solution Architects, Quality Assurance Engineers/Testers, including external service providers and vendor resources across the globe.
