LabCorp is seeking a Phlebotomy Team Lead to join our team in Vancouver, WA . Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, hours will vary between 6:00 am – 6:00 pm based on coverage needs; Rotating Weekends, 8:00am - 12:00pm Job Responsibilities: - Provide coverage and travel to various sites in the Phoenix metro area to perform phlebotomy job duties - Assist in the supervision of a team of phlebotomists covering multiple Patient Service Centers & client sites - Observe new employee performance and report observations to the supervisor - Perform site inspections on a regular basis and accurately report all findings - Provide continuous training to phlebotomy staff as directed - Complete new hire and annual competency assessments when necessary - Manage and monitor patient flow, wait times, inventory levels and information logs - Address any customer service-related issues in a prompt and respectful manner - Review daily/weekly schedule with supervisor and m...
