Per Visit PT for Canton Teams VNA Care is seeking Per Visit PTs for Home Health visits. Must have Home Health and Oasis E experience. Salary: $480 daily: varies based on number of visits and type of visits per day. Work any combination of days and hours. Visits are scheduled between 8a-4:30p Mon-Fri and/or between 8a-6:30p Sat-Sun. Needham/Canton HH Teams have visits in and around: Team 1: Arlington, Belmont, Watertown, Newton, Wellesley, Needham, Dedham, Dover, Medfield, Norwood Team 2: Franklin to Foxboro to Bridgwater to Braintree to Marshfield You let us know your availability to work with a preceptor and educator. A 24-hour weekly schedule is recommended while training.
