Job description

Key Responsibilities Global Order Routing & Logistics Execution Manage internal order routing and shipment execution across global regions including North America and Europe Coordinate with logistics carriers to schedule shipments, confirm bookings, and ensure timely pickup and delivery Monitor shipment status and proactively troubleshoot operational issues to minimize delays or disruptions Investigate shipment exceptions and coordinate resolution with carriers and internal stakeholders Transportation & Logistics Systems Operations: Support operational workflows across enterprise logistics platforms including transportation management systems and order management systems Maintain data accuracy and operational workflows across supply chain reporting tools and logistics planning platforms Troubleshoot system-related operational issues and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve workflow gaps Support system enhancements and process improvements as transportation and order management systems evolve Product Catalog & SKU Management: Maintain product SKU data within enterprise product catalog or product information management (PIM) systems Support SKU activation, pricing configura...
