Position Overview: This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of internal machines and equipment. The Internal Production Support Engineer handles incident resolution, system monitoring, root cause analysis, and automation of repetitive tasks to minimize downtime. This position also serves as a liaison between development, operations, and business teams to support seamless internal workflows. Responsibilities: - Tool bring-up and qualification, including execution of qualification levels 600, 700, and 800 - Incident management and troubleshooting using monitoring tools such as ITRS, Splunk, and Datadog - Root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring production incidents and implementation of permanent fixes - Automation and scripting (Shell, Python) to reduce manual and repetitive tasks - System maintenance, including batch processes, upgrades, and ensuring server/network functionality - Cross-functional communication and documentation of procedures - Supporting release deployments and user acceptance testing (UAT) Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field - 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, equipment t...
