We’re looking for a Loan Support Officer to deliver high-quality post-settlement support and exceptional customer outcomes. Role Overview: The Loan Support Officer (LSO) supports the Loan Support Team and Senior Loans Support Manager to deliver high-quality, customer-focused service across all post-settlement activities. This role is responsible for handling customer enquiries within defined service level agreements (SLAs), maintaining accurate loan records, and ensuring seamless administration across the loan lifecycle. It’s a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment — balancing volume, accuracy and customer care, while contributing to operational excellence.
