Salary £25,185 - £25,989 Per annum | Permanent, Part Time, 20 hours per week | Pro Rata | 33% increment at weekends, 50% increment for Bank Hols & Sleep in allowance International Sponsorship – this role is not open to international sponsorship Community Support Worker: About The Role: Do you want to make a difference to the lives of people who have a disability? We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, flexible people who would enjoy supporting adults with disabilities to live the lives they want. The Service supports people with learning disabilities in their own homes 24 hours a day and involves Sleep in duties and weekend work. The support worker role involves all aspects of daily support, including supporting people to access activities and experiences in their local community, personal care, support with managing finance, administering medication and ensuring people's needs are met in terms of health and positive outcomes.
