Are you a new or seasoned LPN with a passion for behavioral health looking for a PT role? As a Licensed Practical Nurse you’ll play a critical role in carrying out that mission by supporting adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities at our warm, home-like Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home located in Woodbridge, VA. Position details: Friday and Saturday 11pm-11am Location: Woodbridge, VA: Compensation: $30 - $35 per hour and $5,000 sign-on and retention bonus for PT new hires Your Role in Our Mission: Provide compassionate medical and nursing support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health needs Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with clinical protocols Conduct nursing assessments: Educate and empower individuals regarding their mental and physical health Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, person-centered care Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all nursing services and observations Uphold compliance with all regulatory and clinic...
