Description Technical Support Representative (TSR) Reports To: Inside Sales Manager: $25-28/hour Location: FRC, Nesconset, NY  Job Overview: Responsible for product technical support and client service through in-depth product knowledge. Collaborates with functional areas across the business including Product Manager, Engineering, Production, Sales and Marketing. Supports internal requirements including order entry, quotations and return materials. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop knowledge required to select proper equipment for all systems and parts for quoting and entering related orders with scheduling and lead-time. - Main point person for product support, to both internal and external customers; domestic and internationally. Collaborate with internal engineering and product manager as support resource when needed. - Become familiar with sales-oriented collateral with product specific features and benefits in order to better understand and serve the customer base.
