Zip Water is a global leader in providing advanced drinking water solutions, including filtered boiling, chilled, and sparkling water. As the Customer Development and Retention Specialist you will support the growth of the business within the current customer base and potential new customers. Your day to day focus will be selling to, retaining and growing revenue under management within the key and direct to end user accounts, as well as managing client queries with the assistance of the Customer Experience team. If you have a proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously this could be the role for you! The development of a prospect into a larger opportunity is also a vital element of the role. Requirements: As the Customer Development and Retention Specialist you will be a strong negotiator and good with objection handling.
