Position Summary: The Data Analyst Quality Review Nurse is a Bachelor-prepared Registered Nurse who specializes in data collection, trend analysis, and staff education. This professional evaluates nursing and therapy practices alongside patient data to promote improved clinical outcomes, maintain compliance, and strengthen patient safety. Key methods include metrics analysis, conducting audits, and developing action plans in collaboration with leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Data Analysis: Responsible for collecting, auditing, and interpreting patient records and clinical data to evaluate quality outcomes.
