Job Overview: The FAT Supervisor EMEA plans, coordinates, and supervises Factory Acceptance Tests for energy products prior to customer delivery. The role ensures compliance with contractual, technical, quality, and regulatory requirements and serves as the main contact for customers and internal stakeholders during FAT activities. Job Requirements: What your background should look like - Plan and manage FAT schedules for assigned projects. - Coordinate test scope, procedures, and resources with Engineering, Quality, and Production. - Supervise FAT execution in line with approved procedures, contracts, and IEC/IEEE standards. - Lead customer FAT sessions, including coordination, safety, and communication. - Identify and manage deviations and non‑conformities; issue and follow up on NCRs. - Prepare and maintain FAT reports, protocols, and acceptance documentation. - Communicate test results, issues, and progress to project teams and management. - Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement of FAT and quality processes....
