Overview HealthPro Heritage has a great PRN Occupational Therapist (OTR) Opportunity in O'Fallon MO in the Long-Term Care Division. - Wage Range: $53-$55 per hour - Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Missouri - Setting: CCRC consisting of 52 Skilled Nursing beds, 10 Assisted Living rooms, 60 Independent Living rooms, and 19 Short Term Rehab beds.
