Description Description: The Engineering Manager plays a critical leadership role in driving technical excellence, team development, and cross-functional collaboration across Demco’s engineering operations. This position is responsible for aligning engineering standards between locations, overseeing project execution, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Through strategic coordination and hands-on mentorship, the Engineering Manager ensures that Demco’s engineering team delivers high-quality, efficient, and market-responsive solutions.
