Job Description Summary The TCA LCT General Manager reports to the Zone President and is responsible for driving commercial accountability within Türkiye and Iran. This leadership role involves setting and executing the local "go-to-market" strategy and aligning it with the overall commercial strategy of the Zone. The LCT General Manager fosters a "One GE HealthCare" culture both internally and externally, ensuring consistent branding and collaboration across all business segments to provide a seamless GE HealthCare experience for clients. In this role it will be essential to exhibit GE HealthCare Behaviours and values and build a cohesive collaborative team regardless of reporting lines.
