The Regional Cluster Property Management Lead (R C M) is responsible for managing all aspects of facilities service as detailed in the scope of works section of the contract and will report to the appropriate EMEA Operations Director . In this capacity, the jobholder will be the person responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, establishing , and managing the service delivery team, delivering key initiatives as well as ensuring consistency in processes, systems, and reporting across multi regions .
