POSITION PURPOSE: Inventory Management Specialist plans, implements, monitors and coordinates the maintenance, service and installation of store/food prep equipment along with being responsible for safety, labor productivity and efficiency, inventory management, customer satisfaction, employee retention, and on time arrival. The Inventory Management Specialist role models outstanding leadership, interpersonal skills, teamwork, superior judgment and decision making, negotiating, planning and organizing skills and commitment to the success of the Bashas’ Family of Store’s team Responsibilities: An Inventory Management Specialist is a responsible, friendly person who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
